With over 25 years of medical experience, Dr. Michele Polon is dedicated to helping clients look and feel their best at every stage of life. She is board-certified in family medicine and obesity medicine and has specialized in anti-aging aesthetic procedures since 2007, including advanced injectables, laser & energy treatments, and total skin rejuvenation. Dr. Polon believes true beauty starts from within— rooted in confidence, balance, and overall well-being. Her approach goes beyond aesthetics; she takes the time to understand each client’s unique medical history, concerns and goals, offering customized solutions that deliver long-term results. With her extensive medical expertise and artistic eye for beauty, she carefully tailors every treatment to enhance natural features. As a trusted partner in your anti-aging and self-care journey, Dr. Polon provides expert guidance and results-driven treatments in a welcoming, supportive environment. She completed an Age Management Medicine Certification through Cenegenics in 2000 and has been especially interested in functional and integrative medicine which has lead her to pursue an additional board certification in Personalized Medicine.

Beth can be referred to as our “jack of all trades” because she harbors many talents! She is our Spa Coordinator, a licensed Esthetician & Nail Technician with over 30 years of experience and loves helping others find the right products & treatments for their lifestyles! Along with the many hats she wears, Beth also has her own nail and cosmetic brand, “Be a Betty” that focuses on unleashing your inner beauty with products that enhance your unique radiance. The best part is that you can also find her brand at ReJuv!

Kristen, with more than 20 years of experience, is our “all things nails” gal! She is a graduate of Toni & Guy and holds her PA Cosmetology License. She is always spending time expanding her education and talents. Getting your nails done with Kristen will always make you feel 100%. Kristen spends her days off playing Pickleball and spending time with her husband, daughter and two adorable dogs!

Jennifer has been in the beauty industry after graduating Toni and Guy and offers a variety of services here at ReJuv, ranging from manicures/pedicures, to waxing, to different facials. She is also certified in permanent makeup, lash extensions and Brazillian Blowouts. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family and making memories with her three amazing children!

With her passion for wellness and her dedication to providing exceptional care, Shannon brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our spa. Clients can look forward to personalized treatments designed to promote relaxation, alleviate tension, and enhance overall well-being. Whether you’re seeking relief from stress, muscle tightness, or simply a rejuvenating experience, Shannon is here to provide tailored solutions to meet all of your needs. Outside of work she loves cycling and creating new memories with her family!

David, graduate of Toni & Guy Hairdressing Academy, joined the ReJuv team in 2015 as our Salon Director and Master Stylist. Coming to us with over 15 years of experience, he specializes in cutting, coloring, extensions, and keratin treatments. He is always looking to perfect his skills and attends classes, taught by the best in the business, to learn the latest techniques and trends. Sitting in David’s chair, you will hear stories about his loveable bulldogs, Maddie and Bella, while he is making sure your hair dreams come true! You will never leave his chair not feeling beautiful. When he’s not at ReJuv, you will find him somewhere on a beach, spending time with his family in Sheffield, PA, and with his wonderful partner John!

After training with Toni & Guy, Vidal Sassoon, and Wella, Aimee joined ReJuv in 2015 as a Master Stylist. She has been in the industry for more than 15 years, and her passion has never dissipated! She specializes in balayage, color, cutting, finishing, and keratin treatments. She loves the L’Oreal Professionnel and Kerastase blonde products, which she highly recommends to her clients. She is happily married to her husband, Michael and a dog mom to the best little boy, Bernie, who occasionally makes salon visits! When you sit in Aimee’s chair, she will make sure to educate you and answer any questions, all while making sure you feel beautiful!

With over 25 years in the salon industry, Natalie truly loves all aspects of the hair world. She specializes in dimensional coloring & loves to challenge herself any way she can. Her favorite part is coming up with the best hair plan for her clients during consultations, that compliment their face shape and personality perfectly! Away from ReJuv, Natalie loves working out and spending time traveling for sports with her husband and three wonderful children!

You’re going to love sitting in Kayla’s salon chair! Growing up in Warren, PA, she always knew the cosmetology industry was for her. It allowed her to express her creativity all while boosting the confidence of every single one of her clients. Her goal is to make you feel absolutely beautiful after leaving her chair. Hours away from ReJuv are spent at the gym, painting, thrifting, discovering the best new music, and playing with her three dogs- Bentley, Tesla, and Harley!

Lauren, an exceptionally talented stylist has a passion for transforming looks and uplifting spirits! She loves to blow dry & style hair and is always eager to learn and perform the newest and trendiest techniques. Her personality shines through during each visit to the ReJuv salon and her talent always speaks for itself. Her end goal is to always make her clients feel refreshed and radiant upon leaving her chair. In her free time, she loves spending quality time with friends and family!

Sitting in Gabby’s chair will always brighten your day! She is a graduate from Noe’ Noonan School of Cosmetology and has flourished in her craft. She loves taking on the latest hair trends and making her clients fall in love with their hair during each salon visit. Her favorite techniques are dimensional highlights and hand-tied extensions for the ultimate transformation. When she’s not working, she enjoys creating new memories with friends and family!

Kelly has been a Registered and Licensed Dietitian for 24 years. During her career, she has worked with clients ranging from newborns to seniors, providing medical nutrition therapy and education. She has extensive knowledge in clinical nutrition, health promotion and disease prevention. She is also certified in Adult Weight Management and has previous experience with the bariatric population. She is passionate about helping her clients set small, achievable goals that they can build upon and witness results. In addition to joining ReJuv, Kelly continues to work in the field of pediatrics- as a Registered Dietitian at Shriners Children’s of Erie along with the field of early intervention. When she is not in work mode, she enjoys spending quality time with her wonderful husband, children & pups, cooking her favorite Italian foods, and cozying up with a good book!

Born and raised in Erie, Jess attended Gannon University where she earned her bachelor’s degree. As our operations manager, Jess helps everyone stay organized and focused at ReJuv. She is always a smiling face when interacting with customers. In her off hours, she spends time with her husband, two sons, and dogs Sam and Jovie. You can also find her gardening, spending time at the lake, and working on home renovation projects.

Traci is always “sunny and 75” and ready to welcome you to ReJuv! She loves people and goes above and beyond trying to make sure every client has a wonderful visit and even has the special gift of remembering what our clients’ beverage of choice is! Traci is originally from Sheffield, PA. She has been married to her husband Tim, for more than 30 years and has been in the salon industry just as long! In her spare time, she enjoys working out, going to breweries and spending time with her 2 children and 4 adorable grandchildren.

With many years of experience in the salon industry and an Erie native, Michele is a shining voice to hear when calling ReJuv. She will make sure to answer all your questions and find the treatments that are right for you! When she’s not at ReJuv, you will find her spending time with her two sons, family, friends, and her adorable grandson, Colson & grand-puppies, Bonnie and Shay!

Christy is sure to make you feel comfortable at ReJuv from the moment you step through the doors. She is always ready to help find the treatments that are right for you. Married to her high school sweetheart, Christy has a degree in Childhood Education from Edinboro University and has two children. When she’s not at ReJuv, you will find her spending time with family, doing yoga, traveling, and being a Parent Educator at Erie Family Center. She loves working with children!

Kim is originally from California but has found a home here in Erie and at ReJuv! When you call to schedule an appointment at ReJuv, Kim is one the voices you will hear on the other side of the phone. Always with a smile, she will make sure to answer all your questions! When she is not scheduling appointments, you will find her spending time with her husband, two children and puppy, Trixie. She also loves traveling to new countries when she can.

Born & raised in Erie, Bella is the face of all of our marketing and social media content! She has been working professionally in the marketing industry after graduating Gannon University with her Advertising Communications & Journalism degree back in 2022. She loves every aspect of marketing, especially using her creative abilities to make others’ work come to life! In her spare time, she loves spending time with her two adorable dogs, Rocco & Tino, family & friends, doing yoga & dance, shopping, and having a good cup of coffee!

Andrea is a 30+ year veteran of the beauty industry. She’s worked as a stylist, color specialist, and was also an instructor of the Cosmetology program at the Erie Technical School. When Andrea is not at ReJuv, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children. She also loves to travel, garden, and organize a variety of spaces, including our inventory throughout the building!

As a highly skilled nail technician and esthetician, Angela brings years of experience and a passion for helping clients look and feel their absolute best. She specializes in manicures, pedicures and facials and loves nothing more than seeing a beautiful transformation with her clients! When she’s not at the salon, you can find her outdoors soaking up the Erie sunshine with her wonderful family!

Ashley has been a board certified Physician Assistant for 18 years, spending many years working in the Cardiology field until she discovered her passion for the art and science of aesthetic medicine. She has experience performing injectable treatments including neurotoxin and a variety of dermal fillers, along with a host of laser and radiofrequency treatments. Ashley also has extensive experience in the areas of wellness and weight management. She welcomes the challenge of formulating personalized treatment plans, coaching clients along their weight loss journey and utilizing medications when clinically appropriate. When not working, she enjoys traveling, dancing, exercising, and spending time with family and friends. She and her husband have 2 beautiful daughters, a fox-red Labrador Retriever and a long-haired Miniature Dachshund!

“Queen of Waxing”! Tarah has been in the beauty industry for over 20 years and specializes in waxing procedures. When she’s not waxing a client, you will find her in the MedSpa assisting Dr. Polon or performing different treatments such as Medical Grade Chemical Peels, HydraFacials, The SaltFacial, Microneedling, and Skin Tightening. When she’s not at ReJuv, you will find her staying active, watching baseball, and keeping up with her two boys!

Deanna is one of our talented Estheticians who found her path and true passion for aesthetics and is always aiming for her clients beauty to shine through! She is happily married to her husband of 21 years and the best mom to her son, Maverick! When she is not at ReJuv, she enjoys volunteering in the Erie community, meeting & connecting with new people, family bike rides, meditation and self-reflection!
