4. Payments & Refunds

  • Payment Due at Time of Service: Payment is required in full at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and approved third-party financing providers.
  • Refunds: All services, packages, and deposits are non-refundable. In cases of medical necessity or provider-approved circumstances, service credit may be issued.

5. Promotions & Gift Cards

  • Promotions: Promotional offers are subject to terms, availability, and expiration dates. Offers may not be combined unless otherwise stated.
  • Gift Cards: ReJuv gift cards are non-refundable and may only be used toward services or products. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.

7. Right to Refuse Service
