I'm from Pittsburgh and have been looking for somewhere quick to get my Botox without having to see a plastic surgeon. Wasn't really sure what to expect from a medi spa in Erie, but I wasn't pleasantly surprised ! The staff were kind. The office was aesthetically pleasing and Dr Polon was amazing. Good and quick service. Aimee did a fantastic job on my hair and didn’t keep me there for hours. Offered wine and cucumber water during my appt as well. Also, they have an app system to receive discounts on Botox etc. Love it all!

This is the third time I’ve been to ReJuV and I can say with certainty that the warm welcome and cozy waiting area is standard practice here. I have been seeing Keshly for a blonde coloring journey, as well as styling. I’ve watched her work with other clients to accomplish their goals and she is always very receptive. I, however, have never been very good at relaying what it is I want in a cut/color. So being able to walk in and sit down, giving little-to-no instruction, and then walk out with complete satisfaction is something I am so thankful for. Keshly leaves very little to be desired. She is professional and cheerful and always provides a calm, positive vibe. Im so glad I found Keshly and the ReJuv team! I refuse to go anywhere else! But I do work out of town and scheduling can be a challenge for me sometimes. Everyone has been so helpful any time I’ve needed to rearrange my schedule. Can’t say enough good things!

Dr. Polon is the most transparent and trusting doctor I have ever worked with. She works gradually for the most natural appearance possible. She genuinely cares about her customers and doesn’t try to convince you to do anything you don’t want or need (huge green flag). She helped me reverse something done at another medspa that I was unsatisfied with and was extremely compassionate. They tell you exactly what you are going to pay and explain everything in detail before proceeding to anything so you aren’t caught off guard (this is important). No sketchy business. They are extremely professional, experienced, and are really amazing at what they do. You get what you are paying for. Highly recommend.

I haven't been liking the texture and change that my facial skin is going though now that I am in my 40's. I figured it was about time I actually put more of an effort into my skin care. I didn't know where to start but I found this place online and found their website to be extremely helpful. I noticed they offered what I thought I needed plus so much more. I was able to make my appointment online. I was excited to see they had a Saturday afternoon avaliable the same week. I am not gonna lie, I was nervous. I knew this could be really good or really bad. As you see I gave 5 starts. It was just perfect. I had brought the products I use and was able to discuss them with Tiffany during my consult. I felt the information was extremely helpful. I know we all have different expectations and I feel mine were pretty high and they were met. My facial was amazing. I've already booked my next appointment for another one of their many services.

I got a pedicure on a whim one day with Jen and it was great. I honestly liked it so much, I have been getting them regularly now. Jen takes her time and makes sure everything is to perfection. If you're thinking about coming or getting a pedicure, ReJuv is wonderful as well as Jen!

I am so impressed with the results in my skin after micro needling! My skin is brighter and tighter. The procedure wasn’t painful. I was red for a bit afterwards but I compare it to a sunburn. Also tried the carbon laser which was painless and rejuvenated my skin. I learned that using better products DOES make a difference and we are all worth it. The staff is knowledgeable and new procedures are added often. Only regret is I didn’t start sooner. Liking what I see in the mirror is life changing. Thank you to Dr. Polon and her staff.

From the moment I made my appointment at Rejuv, I had felt like I had been a client forever. Gabby was so wonderful and accommodating and her work is AMAZING! I have a breastfed baby who refuses a bottle, so he had to come with Mama. The whole staff was accommodating and friendly, even when he became a little fussy near the end of the appointment. It’s a very fun environment and the conversations amongst everyone are great. I have found my new hair salon and stylist and I am so excited about that! 12/10 recommend.

I just had my first experience at ReJuv... and I will be a forever client. My daughter gifted me a HYDRAFACIAL and it was a beautiful experience. Deanna was so kind and gentle, while applying a cleanser and mask. I also, loved seeing the "Gunk" that was extracted from my skin! 😉 My skin looked like glass when I left. I truly didn't want to wash my face before bed...but I did. 😂 Needless to say, I've already scheduled my next HYDRAFACIAL.
