You’ll meet one-on-one with our certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) for a detailed medical history, physical exam, and in-depth discussion of your goals and any barriers to success.
We’ll order personalized metabolic labs and provide a welcome kit with tools to support your progress, including a food scale, resistance bands, and a ReJuv water bottle. Your consultation includes one scheduled follow-up visit to review lab results, plus a ShapeScale 3D body composition analysis and a 30-minute visit with our Registered Dietitian.

Please bring a list of current medications, supplements, and any recent lab work (if available). Comfortable clothing is also recommended for your ShapeScale scan.
How long is the initial consultation?
Plan for approximately one hour. This includes your evaluation, lab orders, wellness starter kit, and scheduling your follow-up visits and dietitian consultation.
Will I receive a treatment plan at my first visit?
Yes. After reviewing your history and goals, our PA-C will outline a personalized treatment plan and schedule a follow-up to review lab results and body analysis data.
